Agent categories
New this year, the agent categories celebrate individual travel designers, rather than the overall agencies. Individual travel designers can enter their choice of eight categories at no cost.
Agents must first complete an entry form, and your submission must focus on your own personal travel sales, not those of the wider business.
The TTG Luxury team will then shortlist these submissions. ALL finalists will then be invited to a 30-minute video interview with a TTG team member and supplier partner judges in January 2026, giving you the chance to convey your passion, prowess and personality to the judges as a supplement to the entry form.
Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (in-store) – NEW for 2026
This category is for individual luxury travel designers from any luxury agency or business in the UK & Ireland with at least one retail store. You must be predominantly focused on high-end travel, working in-store and have been in this role for more than two years.
Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (home-based) – NEW for 2026
This category is for individual luxury travel designers working in a home-based environment. You can be either a full-time or part-time luxury travel designer, be part of a wider business/a homeworking agency, work completely on your own, or be a specialist, but you must be predominantly focused on high-end travel, and have been working as a travel designer for more than two years.
Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (concierge) – NEW for 2026
This category is for individual luxury travel designers working in a concierge business in the UK & Ireland offering travel services as part of their ‘do anything’ proposition for clients/members.
Entrants are likely to work in a business providing a range of services beyond the core holiday essentials, such as other lifestyle services including personal assistance, household management, dining and tickets, exclusive access and more. Companies here might charge a membership fee and are most likely available 24-7. You must have been in this role for more than two years.
New Luxury Travel Designer of the Year
We’re looking for the newest stars of luxury travel, those professionals who are new to luxury travel design/being a luxury travel advisor as a career. You could be from any kind of luxury agency (eg high street, office-based or homeworker).
You must be focused on high-end travel, and scenarios might include you setting up your own business; you might have re-entered the sector after time away and joined an existing luxury agency; come from another sector within travel (eg mainstream travel, hotel, cruise, operator); or be from completely outside travel. Your submission must focus on your own personal sales, and not those of a wider business you are part of/affiliated with.
You must have been in this role for LESS THAN TWO YEARS at the time of our awards launching (August 2025). You will therefore have fully started your journey as a luxury travel designer on or after August 2023.

Wellness Travel Designer of the Year – NEW for 2026

Responsible Luxury Travel Designer of the Year – NEW for 2026
This category is for individual luxury travel designers who strive to create holidays with real impact and hold themselves to high account in their approach to travel planning and/or running their own business.
Responsible travel might be deemed to include lower-carbon travel; travel that supports local economies and local culture; travel that is accessible to people from all backgrounds and with any special requirements; and positive impact travel that contributes to conservation or preservation efforts, for example.
You can be part of any type of agency (store-based, office, home-based) and need not be a complete specialist in this area in order to enter; we want to celebrate passion and taking the first steps, but whatever the level of your knowledge/focus, you must be predominantly involved in booking high-end travel and have been in this role for more than two years.
