Chan, who in 2106 was the first street chef to secure a Michelin star, will be serving his signature char siew pork and rice dish during the three-day event on March 6-8 at London street food organisation Kerb’s location in King’s Cross.

The chef is being joined at the event by another rising star of Singapore’s street food scene, A Noodle Story, which will be serving ramen noodles between 11.30am-2.30pm over the three days.

“I was overwhelmed with the response to my first pop-up in London and am delighted to be returning to the UK with a new dish,” said Chan.

“Street food will always be a staple of Singaporean culture and innovative hawkers like A Noodle Story are important for inspiring future generations and dishes to come too.”

Customers who try out these signature Singaporean street dishes can also enter a competition run by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group offering the chance to win a three-night Singapore stopover holiday.

They can enter the contest by posting a picture or video at the pop-up market and sharing them on social media using the hashtags #KERBSingapore and #SingaporeAir.
