Burgeoning luxury travel operator Niquesa has unveiled its new-look product and operations team.
Chris Brunning has joined as product director, Isobel Reid product manager and Edward Light operations director.
Launched in January, the luxury tailor-made specialist has quickly moved to bolster its operation.
Brunning brings years of experience in the luxury travel sector and will be responsible, with his team, for creating Niquesa’s experiential itineraries.
He was previously responsible for product, pricing, operations, sales and business development at bespoke travel operator Brown & Hudson.
Reid also joins from Brown & Hudson where she oversaw the operator’s high and ultra-high value itineraries and global partnerships.
She started her career at luxury agency Black Tomato and retail design agency Barber Design Consultancy before moving to Airbnb management service Hostmaker where there was responsible for managing homes for key clients in London.
Finally, Light brings 20 years’ travel experience and extensive knowledge of long and short haul luxury across purchasing, product, aviation, pricing, yield, operations, marketing and digital.
Starting at Tui, he helped negotiate its exclusive hotel agreement with Riu Hotels and oversaw the expansion of its charter long hail programme, introducing Brazil, India and Thailand.
At Kuoni, he led on stakeholder relations across various cultures and continents before a stint with Caribtours, including relaunching the business as a high-end tour operator last year.
