Riviera Travel reveals second key account manager hire in a week
Ilaria Grasso MacolaRiviera Travel has bolstered is trade team for the second time in a matter of days after naming a new key account manager for Scotland and Ireland.
Chris McCloskey will link up with the river cruise and escorted touring specialist on Monday (22 January) along with Lloyd Morris, who will join Riviera as UK and Ireland key account manager on the same day.
Both McCloskey and Morris, whose appointment was announced last Thursday (11 January), will report into head of trade and partnerships Vicky Billing, tasked with building and maintaining relations with the trade.
McCloskey brings experience from roles with Silversea and Royal Caribbean, while Morris has worked across Globus brands Cosmos and AmaWaterways.
“I am absolutely over the moon to be joining the award-winning Riviera trade team at such an exciting time,” said McCloskey. “I cannot wait to get stuck in and meet our amazing trade partners.”
Billing added: “His [McCloskey’s] appointment means we can fully support our trade partners across Scotland and Ireland, ensuring agents have all they need to confidently sell Riviera.
"It’s such an exciting time for us as we continue to strengthen the team and in turn bolster our relationships with the trade."
