Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort***** unveils its newly renovated Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Faventia.
The restaurant’s walls have been covered using Marmorino, a technique that originated from Italian stucco and enhanced by a composition of glass, mirror, and bronze glazing within the restaurant’s four large wall alcoves which exhibit abstract paintings.
The new fabrics and trimmings have been chosen from French houses including Rubelli, Nobilis, Canovas and Houles, which add to the restaurants’ timeless and elegant surroundings.
Philippe Bonino, the project’s architect says, “Throughout the renovation process, we remained committed to preserving the soul of Le Faventia*. To achieve this, we carefully curated a selection of high-quality, luxurious, and natural materials, embracing the beauty of raw elements. Every detail was chosen to enhance the dining experience and evoke a sense of timeless sophistication, in harmony with the exceptional quality of the art collections on display.”
The restaurant, which offers panoramic views over the unspoiled villages and the hills of the Pays de Fayence, is now open.
