Celebrity Cruises is giving agents the chance to win one of 15 places on Celebrity Silhouette’s first sailing from the UK as its rewards campaign Celebrity Moments returns for a second year.
The 15 top-performing agents in the UK and Ireland will earn a place on Silhouette’s two-night cruise from Southampton to Paris (Le Havre) on April 28, 2018, while £250 worth of Celebrity Rewards points will be awarded to the 100 top-performing agents.
The wider Celebrity Rewards programme has been running for the past three years, and Claire Stirrup, director of sales at Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland, told TTG that agents “loved” the line’s incentives.
She said: “If we could do Celebrity Moments every single month we would, as we love doing something special for our trade partners to reward them for all of their hard work and continued support.”
Over the course of the campaign, Celebrity Cruises will also be releasing six new training videos on its dedicated agent Facebook page.
The videos will be hosted by Celebrity UK’s training team and will include information on Celebrity’s VIP air charter service Jet Set Sail and Celebrity Silhouette’s first season sailing from Southampton.
The Facebook page will also host a deal of the day throughout the campaign to help agents entice customer bookings.
Stirrup continued: “We hear loud and clear from our agent partners that they have a very limited amount of time in the day.
“They will be able to learn how to sell Celebrity Cruises through our short and snappy training videos with content that we hope will help agents to secure their bookings.”
On top of the Celebrity Moments prizes, agents can also earn up to 1,000 Celebrity Rewards per booking from September 1 until November 14, with fixed points for every cruise sold, regardless of the length of the trip.
Suite-class bookings will result in 1,000 points (£10), Aqua class or Concierge class 750 points (£7.50), balcony stateroom 500 points (£5) and interior or ocean view stateroom 250 points (£2.50).
Agents will also receive a campaign selling guide from September 1, featuring all of the details and sales tips for luxury and family cruising as well as destination-focused content and details on the Celebrity Cruises LGBT toolkit.
