Charlotte Street Hotel

Charlotte Street Hotel is a small luxury hotel located in the creative neighbourhood of Fitzrovia, a minute’s walk from Soho and on the doorstep of the city’s most exciting theatres, bars, cafés and restaurants.

Characterised by owner Kit Kemp’s fearless signature style, this intimate bolthole combines colour, pattern and craft to create vibrant spaces that pay homage to the Bloomsbury Group - the influential circle of early 20th-century artists and writers who gathered just a few streets away in the townhouses of Bloomsbury.

Taking inspiration from the Bloomsbury Group’s creative and colourful aesthetic, each of the hotel’s 52 bedrooms and suites is filled with character and luxury comforts. Our lively bar and restaurant, spilling out onto vibrant Charlotte Street, offers brasserie classics and modern European dishes, along with an extensive selection of wines and cocktails, served with flair from our stylish pewter bar.

The hotel’s light and airy lobby leads into the creatively attired guest Drawing Room and Library, each with French sandstone fireplaces and an array of comfortable seating areas. The rooms are hung with original art by Bloomsbury artists Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant and Roger Fry, as well as other famous British artists of the period.
