Delivering more sustainable and accessible events

As a certified B Corp, TTG Media is guided by a shared set of values and core beliefs that shape every aspect of how we design and deliver our events.

We are proud signatories of the Glasgow Declaration on Climate Action in Tourism. This commits us to delivering plans aligned with the global pathways to cut tourism emissions in half over the next decade and to reach Net Zero as soon as possible before 2050.

Alongside reducing our environmental impact, we are equally committed to ensuring our events are inclusive and accessible to all. To achieve this, we continuously assess how our events are planned, delivered and experienced.

In practice, we do this by:

  • Serving vegetarian-first menus at all events since 2023, with food sourced locally and seasonally wherever possible
  • Carefully selecting venues and suppliers based on strong sustainability and accessibility credentials, including renewable energy, step-free access and inclusive facilities
  • Reducing printed materials across all our events
  • Designing programmes that reflect diverse voices and perspectives, including a commitment to no all-male panels
  • Providing clear pre-event accessibility information and working proactively with attendees to accommodate access requirements wherever possible
  • Encouraging delegates to travel by public transport and gathering post-event travel data to help us track and reduce our carbon footprint
