Where is Sani Dunes located in relation to the four existing hotels?

Sani Dunes is located on its own private sandy beach close to Sani Marina, with its restaurants, boutiques and designer shops.

When will the new hotel open and when can agents start booking it?

Sani Dunes is opening at the end of June 2017 and we are already accepting bookings at saniresort.com and through a selection of tour operators and travel agents. Early booking discounts of up to 20% off are available for all bookings received before February 28, 2017.

How many rooms and suites will Sani Dunes have and what will make it different from the resort’s other properties?

Sani Dunes will have 80 spacious junior suites and panorama junior suites, as well as 56 double and family-interconnecting rooms, all furnished with stylish, handcrafted Mediterranean touches. Featuring chic, minimally designed interiors and offering the utmost in comfort and luxury, all rooms will have tranquil views over the lush green gardens and pools. Some will also benefit from panoramic sea views and direct access to the sandy beach. Several suites will offer beautifully appointed terraces, balconies or private gardens, where couples and families alike will want to relax, unwind and spend quality time together.

What about the food and beverage facilities – how many restaurants will Sani Dunes have?

Guests will be able to enjoy three stunning bars open around the clock, as well as three a-la-carte restaurants, exclusively for guests over the age of 12. One of the restaurant menus is by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini.

How will Sani Dunes’ spa compare to the resort’s existing spa facilities?

The Dunes Spa will feature six private treatment rooms including a couples’ suite with private steam bath, a special Thai massage cabin, hot tub and a fitness studio. The spa will feature a selection of pre and post-sun treatments, Anne Semonin face and body treatments and other state-of-the-art beauty therapies including cryotherapy (treatments using cold temperatures).

What type of clients are you targeting with Sani Dunes and what kind of atmosphere are you aiming to create?

We have created Sani Dunes following customer demand for an adult-friendly property within Sani Resort. Therefore Sani Dunes will welcome couples as well as families with children aged older than 12. It will have a peaceful, water’s edge ambiance as all rooms will have views towards the pools or benefit from a privileged beachfront location. We are confident it will attract more couples who would prefer a quieter environment, free of younger children. To make this holiday experience even more special for the grown-up families, we will also be offering activities and facilities for teenagers, including a new teen chill-out lounge at Sani Marina where teens can socialise with other guests of their own age.

How will the new hotel fit into the wider resort?

Sani Dunes guests will have access to the full dine-around benefits and shared facilities around Sani Resort. Located close to Sani Marina, all Sani Dunes guests can easily stroll to any of the other Sani properties or make use of the practical club car service available throughout the resort.
