Club Voyages

• Business Model: Self-employed homeworkers operate under the   Club Voyages brand. Agents retain ownership of their client relationships and   build their own database, with full flexibility to grow at their own pace. We provide central systems, admin support and access to our in-house tour   operator for higher-margin bookings. Agents can transition into retail or management roles as the business grows.

• Costs: One-off joining fee of £249. No ongoing monthly fees for active agents. A £45 monthly fee applies only if minimum performance thresholds (£500 commission per month) are not met. No hidden admin or marketing charges. Our model is designed to reward productive agents and support those focused on building a successful business.

• Commission structure: Commission starts at 60%, rising to 65% after 12 months, with top performers able to achieve 70%. Agents earn across all bookings, including package holidays, tailor-made itineraries and cruise. Access to our tour operator arm allows for higher-margin opportunities. Commission is paid monthly in line with supplier payments. If an agent leaves, commission is honoured on bookings already made but reduced by 10% to cover costs of facilitating bookings.

• Licenses and memberships: Club Voyages operates under Hays Travel ATOL protection (ATOL 10531), ensuring full financial protection for customers. Agents have access to a wide range of suppliers including major tour operators, cruise lines and flight options via Hays Travel systems.

• Training & Support: We provide structured onboarding, supplier training and ongoing business support. Agents benefit from hands-on guidance, regular updates, and access to a dedicated admin team who handle bookings, amendments and balance chasing. We run in-person training events and maintain close day-to-day contact to support growth. The focus is on helping experienced agents increase earnings, not just maintain status quo.
