Business Model: We operate a self-employed homeworker model supported by an established retail infrastructure. Agents benefit from full flexibility, with the option to trade under their own branding or ours, using our systems, including the Hays Travel iSell platform, websites and marketing tools if preferred. Customer data remains owned by the agent. Our model supports long-term progression, including potential opportunities within retail locations. Agents receive ongoing training, marketing support and access to strong supplier relationships.

Costs: We offer three flexible entry levels to suit different budgets: Self-Catering (£295 + VAT joining fee, £49 + VAT monthly), Half Board (£345 + VAT joining fee, £89 + VAT monthly) and All Inclusive (£1,495 + VAT joining fee, £139 + VAT monthly). A low-cost referral option is also available. We do not charge transaction or card processing fees, which we absorb centrally. Agents should also budget for optional personal marketing or business expenses if they choose to invest further.

Commission structure: Agents earn 70% of commission on bookings. From total commission received, 10% is payable to our consortium partner, Hays Travel, with the remaining split giving agents an effective 63% share and 27% retained centrally, which covers support costs and card processing fees. Commission is paid monthly once received from Hays Travel. If an agent leaves, they retain 40% commission on existing bookings, provided terms and professional standards are maintained.

Licenses and memberships: We hold our own ABTA membership, with customer bookings also protected under Hays Travel’s ATOL where applicable. Customer funds are managed in line with regulatory requirements. Agents benefit from access to a wide range of approved suppliers and the strong commercial terms negotiated through our partnership with Hays Travel.

Training & Support: We provide structured induction training covering systems, compliance and sales, delivered through virtual sessions and practical support from our experienced retail management team. Ongoing training includes regular webinars, supplier sessions and business development coaching. Agents receive marketing and system support, with help available daily until 10pm. We keep agents connected through peer WhatsApp groups, regular updates and an annual conference, while our central team assists with booking support and compliance oversight.
