• Business model: We enable franchisees to set up their own branded, fully bonded online or retail travel agency. Franchisees have full ownership of their brand, the types of destinations and holidays they wish to sell. With the backing of our training, suppliers, systems and support team. This allows them to grow and scale confidently. They own their customer relationships and database and are eligible for future commission payments, even if they leave us.
• Costs: New to Travel - £15,795 +VAT. Travel Professional - £4,500 +VAT. Monthly fee - £155 +VAT. Finance options are available.
• Commission structure: Our model is simple and transparent. We charge a flat 2% fee on the total booking value. Franchisees keep the rest of the commission earned on the booking. This means you earn more. There are no tiers or sliding scales. Commission is paid once the client has paid in full. Franchisees are eligible for future commission payments, even if they leave us.
• Licenses and memberships: We and our franchisees are ABTA members and operate under Hays Independence Group, ensuring full financial protection for customer bookings. Franchisees benefit from a wide range of approved Hays IG suppliers. We have over 400+. Franchisees have the flexibility on which approved partners meet the needs of their business.
• Training and support: Our one-to-one training is designed to take you from beginner to confident business owner. It combines practical travel industry knowledge, hands-on system training, and proven marketing strategies. You’ll learn how to generate leads, handle enquiries, convert bookings, and grow your brand, with ongoing support, updates, and coaching to help you continuously improve and scale your business. We are with you at every stage of your business, you are never alone.
