• Business model: We offer a self-employed model for agents, providing flexibility and independence to run their business their way. Each agent chooses their own name, with support for logo creation and branding, plus a monthly call with our business coach to support growth. New starters receive complimentary business cards, and we can assist with a bookable website if needed. Importantly, every agent retains full ownership of their client data.

• Costs: Special offer at the minute on joining fees of just £200, fees are £25 a month after month 3 and very important no credit card fees.

• Commission structure: Agents start on a 60/40 split there is a tiered system in place to help agents move up the scale to 90/10 split this also includes a cash bonus every time they level up.

• Licenses and memberships: We have full flexibility on suppliers and have no restrictions, we are ABTA and ATOL bonded with our own in GDS flights team and are active members of AITO.

• Training & Support: We offer a two-day virtual induction via Teams. For those new to travel, our structured 90-day pathway includes regular touchpoints to support development. Our dedicated product and marketing teams provide daily offers, peak campaign collateral, and ongoing training, including weekly operator sessions. Agents receive monthly catch-ups with their Travel Success Manager, alongside IT support. We foster a strong community through coffee mornings, conferences, overseas events, and regular face-to-face meetups.
