Business model: We provide compliance and financial protection alongside a cloud-based software system, a franchise ATOL, currency hedging, card payment services, contracted suppliers, and SFI and SAFI. The member business is completely independent, they do not use our branding, and we don’t provide marketing materials, they own every part of their business and our support stays the same whether they expand or move to the high street, etc. The model is completely flexible, they choose their own suppliers, they only use the tools and software if and how they want to, they don’t need to give us any commission.

Costs: Membership fees: application fee of £999, and annual membership of £200, plus a monthly license fee of £149. Atol underwriting (if applicable) is £30. On incoming payments/transactions, agents pay £0.17 per card transaction and £0.95 per trust reconciliation, and £0.35 per bank transfer. Card payment processing fees are from 0.7% on debit cards and 0.8% on credit cards. Merchant application fee is £100. Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI) is from £2.75 per passenger; PTRC is 0/1572%. It costs £942+VAT to apply for an Atol, or £720+VAT to renew one. 

Commission structure: The members keep all their commission. If they leave, we don’t take extra fees, they just have to give 3 months notice. Members can claim their profits in the system as soon as the suppliers on a booking have been paid.

Licenses and memberships: We provide a franchise Atol. The customer money is protected in a trust account with independent trustees. Members can use whatever suppliers they want and log them into the system, though we do have around 240 contracted suppliers as well if they want to use them.

Training and support: Members are given software training when they first join, and the person that trains them is then available for them to contact whenever they want throughout their membership. We have training videos and guides on the member community page on Skool, but we don’t provide marketing support. They are connected through our community on Skool, and we keep them updated on there, via email, and via Whatsapp. We do not do their admin, but the system makes it more efficient.
