• Business model and branding: Agents work on a self-employed contract. Options to trade under the Seaside Travel/Seaside At Home brand or your own. Branded assets available and option to have a micro-site on the main Seaside Travel website. Funded marketing support is also available to all agents.
• Costs: £149 set-up fee as standard for all joiners (though we often run free set-up campaigns). Then a £40 monthly fee. There are no additional fees or re-charges.
• Commission structure: Agents initially keep 60% of their commission. There is an opportunity to earn up to 75%, based on your annual sales volume. Commission is paid 8 weeks prior to departure, with an option to get 50% paid upfront.
• Licenses and memberships: Atol license holder, so agents can package flights and hotels together as opposed to only using tour operators. Abta member.
• Training & Support: A four-day initial induction, covering systems, processes and social media. Then ongoing monthly training from suppliers and in-house.A dedicated Seaside At Home Agent Hub contains latest supplier updates, campaigns, training materials and key messaging.
