• Business Model: The Travel Franchise is a franchise model. Franchisees trade as Not Just Travel, benefiting from established shared branding, professional website templates, and centrally provided booking systems. The model is primarily home-based, though franchisees are free to operate from a shop or office if they prefer. Franchisees retain full access to their own client data through our bespoke CRM system, keeping them in control of their business from day one.

• Costs: Lite: from £3,000 + VAT with a £50 + VAT monthly fee. Elite: from £14,995 + VAT with a £99 + VAT monthly fee. Card fees are deducted from booking profit before commission is calculated. Elite franchisees also benefit from the Money Back Challenge - a unique guarantee that gives new franchisees the opportunity to earn back their joining fee within their first year.

• Commission structure: Commission is paid on a sliding scale, calculated monthly on total booking profit from all departed travel that month. Payment is made the month after departure. The percentage franchisees retain increases as their business grows, rewarding consistent performance.

• Licenses and memberships: ABTA member and part of the Hays Travel Group, giving franchisees access to ATOL protected holidays and the backing   of one of the UK's most trusted names in travel. Franchisees have access to approximately 450 suppliers, giving them the breadth and flexibility to create outstanding holidays for every type of customer.

• Training & Support: Elite franchisees begin with a comprehensive five-day live virtual induction, delivered Monday to Friday via video conference. Ongoing support includes dedicated one-to-one time with a personal Business Consultant, admin support, weekly webinars, ad hoc specialist training sessions, and a dedicated operations and customer support team. Lite franchisees complete a focused one-day training session, then benefit from ongoing mentor support and direct access to the head office team.
