A range of new initiatives have been launched to help support Virtuoso members.
These include Virtuoso Virtual Reality, part of the organisation’s Incubator programme, which is designed to encourage development of B2B tech that can help agents.
The VR programme has been tested with some agencies and will start to roll out from next year.
With 18% more cruise departures booked across the network in the last year, cruise continues to be a big focus, with Virtuoso Cruise Alerts launching soon, a new system that flags price change with alerts.
Virtuoso.com has also been updated to allow member agents to white-label a version of it with their own company identity.
Wellness was also launched as a new focus this year for Virtuoso, with a Wellness Expo having taken place during the week where 18 wellness companies and resorts participated.
A partnership with Phocuswright will also see that firm help identify and vet good prospects for Virtuoso Incubator, as well as being a part of forum topics and giving members a discount to Phocuswright events.
