The team of more than 100 agents and head office staff covered 5,438,958 steps – the distance from London to the Finnish region – last month in a bid to get more active and help “banish the lockdown blues”.
They held a gluhwein evening over video call on Tuesday (1 December) to celebrate.
PTAs said they would be using the initiative as a practice for a planned 2021 charity walk to raise money for The Travel Foundation.
Sheena Whittle, head of The Personal Travel Agents at Co-operative Travel, said: “When Lockdown 2 was announced, we decided we wanted to do something to keep our Personal Travel Agents’ spirits up and help them stay motivated.
