The event takes place in the Israeli city on June 6-8 with speakers including former shadow chancellor Ed Balls, Labour MP Mary Creagh and a number of senior leaders from the travel industry.
Delegates will get to soak up the sights in the likes of Jerusalem and Jaffa on various excursions.
Across the three days there will also be a number of parties and dinners held at venues across Tel Aviv.
“We’re now up to 320 delegates and clearly we’re hoping over the last few days there will be a last-minute surge for registration,” said chairman Steven Freudmann.
“Normally we get close to 400 and we’d like to be close to 400. Therefore I’m hoping that over the next two weeks we will see some last-minute registrations coming in.”
One of the hot topics at the conference is likely to be the forthcoming referendum on the UK’s membership of the European Union.
The vote comes only a couple of weeks afterwards and on the final afternoon there will be a roundtable debate on whether the country should stay or leave.
The ITT is also sending out a poll to its 2,000 members prior to the event.
Freudmann added: “We’ll get a wider sense of what the travel industry is thinking from the poll, and obviously the debate itself will be quite exciting because we’ll take a vote before, the delegates will listen to the debate and we’ll take a vote after to see if hearts and minds can still be swung.”
