Saga is reportedly exploring the sale of its Titan Travel and Destinology brands.
Financial advisory firm Duff & Phelps has been hired by the over-50s specialist to gauge interest from possible buyers, according to Sky News.
City sources claim the two businesses could collectively command a price tag of around £100m.
Sky News reports that Lance Batchelor, Saga’s chief executive, wants to focus on its Saga-branded businesses.
A Saga spokesperson told TTG: “We do not comment on market speculation.”
