Following a standout year, CV Villas has added 60 new luxury villas for 2026, expanding its collection across Europe’s most-loved destinations and a selection of emerging hotspots. The new additions span Mallorca, the Algarve, Puglia, the Bay of Cannes, Corfu, and Montenegro, with several joining CV Villas’ ABOVE Collection of fully staffed, high-end homes.
The new villas cater to a wide range of holiday styles, from sleek coastal retreats for couples to spacious, family-friendly homes just moments from the beach. Guests can choose between beautifully restored heritage properties and contemporary luxury estates, many of which offer concierge services, daily breakfast, and hotel-style facilities, while retaining the comfort and flexibility of a private villa.
Booking data for 2026 reveals a clear shift in how and when people travel. CV Villas has experienced strong year-over-year growth in shoulder-season stays, with bookings increasing by 30% in June and October, and 21% in September. Travellers are increasingly opting for quieter months outside peak summer.
In response, many of the new villas offer excellent availability from February through October, and even into November. Destinations such as Puglia, Montenegro, France, and Corfu are particularly well-suited for early and late-season travel, offering mild temperatures and fewer crowds.
Regarding the new additions for 2026, CV Villas’ Managing Director Pete Brudenell said:
"The addition of these new properties to CV Villas’ collection marks an exciting development to our portfolio across both iconic and emerging destinations. The additions enable us to meet the growing demand for space, privacy, and exceptional service, while providing consumers with even more choices for their 2026 travel and beyond. We encourage everyone to explore these new properties early and secure the best options for the year ahead."
The expanded collection reinforces CV Villas’ commitment to offering guests exceptional choice, privacy, and high-end service, ensuring every holiday meets the evolving needs of modern travellers.
