Twelve new properties are expected to join the portfolio including recent UK debut, The Halyard Liverpool.
IHG Hotels & Resorts is celebrating the launch of its Vignette Collection brand in the UK, following the recent opening of The Halyard Liverpool, Vignette Collection. The hotel is the first of 12 properties around the world expected to join the portfolio in 2024.
IHG’s newest luxury and lifestyle brand, Vignette Collection is a curation of hand-picked hotels that offer one-of-a-kind stays, from boutique townhouses in city centres to beachfront resorts. While grounded in individuality, intrigue, and experience, the properties are united by a commitment to offer a more responsible way to travel. Shared brand hallmarks include ‘Memorable Rituals’, which celebrate each hotel’s unique identity and connect guests with the surrounding cultural landscape, and the ‘A Means For Good’ initiative where properties partner with a local non-profit organisation to spearhead positive contributions to the communities in which they operate.
Further openings this year include Shanghai Snow World Hotel, coming to the world's biggest alpine-themed indoor ski park, Verno House, a 50-room urban oasis overlooking Liberty Square in Budapest, and Arabella Beach Hotel in Kuwait, prominently positioned between desert dunes and the Arabian Gulf shoreline.
