Travel technology provider Inspiretec has appointed Ric Corbett as Business Development Director as the business continues to strengthen its commercial operations and expand its position within the travel technology sector.
Corbett joins Inspiretec with extensive experience across travel technology, distribution and commercial strategy. Most recently, he held a senior sales role at Sabre UK, one of the world’s leading travel technology companies. Prior to this, he worked in a leadership role at BeMyGuest, a Singapore-headquartered B2B travel marketplace, where he developed expertise in digital transformation, partnerships and customer growth strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.
In his new role, Corbett will focus on driving new business growth, developing strategic partnerships and supporting Inspiretec’s continued expansion across the travel sector. The appointment comes as Inspiretec, part of the wider Juniper Group under Constellation Software, continues to build on its reputation as an end-to-end technology platform for tour operators and travel agents.
Commenting on his appointment, Corbett said: “I’m very excited to be joining Inspiretec at such an important time for both the business and the wider Juniper Group. Inspiretec has built a strong reputation across the market and, having experienced the product suite firsthand, I can see why. I’m looking forward to working with the team to support the next phase of growth.”
Inspiretec delivers a suite of travel technology solutions including CRM, reservations, web and operations management tools for clients across the leisure travel sector. The business continues to invest in product innovation, including AI-powered tools designed to help travel agents and tour operators strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial performance.
Richard Baker, CCO at Inspiretec, said: “Ric brings significant industry expertise and commercial insight. His experience and approach make him a strong addition to the team as we continue to search for new customer partnerships where we can add real value".
