ORA Hospitality, the design-driven hospitality arm of global real estate leader ORA Developers, has announced a new ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, with its flagship resort on Mykonos scheduled to open in May 2027.
The yet-to-be-named brand will combine exploration and discovery with tranquillity and renewal. Each property will integrate art, architecture, music, wellness, and local gastronomy, alongside personalised service and partnerships with leading global names across wellness, food and beverage, and lifestyle.
Set on an elevated hillside overlooking Kalo Livadi Bay, the €100 million debut resort will occupy a largely undeveloped stretch of coastline with uninterrupted Aegean Sea views. It will feature 93 keys, comprising 60 rooms, 28 suites, and five villas, alongside four restaurants and bars, event space for 200 guests, and a 900-square-metre wellness centre focused on skincare, recovery, movement, and wellbeing. Designed by Rockwell Group, the property will blend contemporary luxury with nature through seamless indoor-outdoor spaces.
Founder Naguib Sawiris is personally overseeing the project's design and concept, drawing on decades of family visits to Mykonos. From curating bespoke playlists to sourcing artwork from local artists, his hands-on approach aims to create a resort rooted in the island's character while introducing a distinctive hospitality vision.
The resort will offer a more relaxed, refined side of Mykonos, catering to families and multiple generations seeking meaningful experiences and time to reconnect.
Building on its experience with Silversands, the award-winning luxury beachfront development in the Caribbean, ORA Hospitality will pursue a selective global expansion strategy, focusing on exceptional destinations and long-term value for guests, partners, and local communities.
The Mykonos flagship will bring the brand's experience-led philosophy to the Aegean, combining creative energy, Mediterranean light, gastronomy, and wellbeing. Reservations are scheduled to open in January 2027, ahead of the resort's May 2027 launch.
