Led by executive chef Rodrigo Mezadri, guests can experience delectable dining at the Hilton West Palm Beach. From local hotspot and signature restaurant, Galley, to a Mediterranean-inspired eatery, poolside dining and patisserie featuring local favourites, there is something for every palette.  

Galley features a wood burning grill and handcrafted cocktails. From the exuberant outdoor patio and expansive firepit to the artful dining room and buzzing bar, our grill house will ignite your senses with its bold menu of specialty dishes and unique twists on classic fare.

Mezze specializes in fresh and local fare, featuring an array of globally influenced dishes. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serves breakfast and lunch indoors under vibrant artwork or alfresco on the covered patio. 

La Playa welcomes guests to our resort-style pool with casual poolside dining and specialty cocktails. They can relax, unwind and enjoy island-inspired bites and sips for lunch and into golden hour.

Provisions, our European-inspired patisserie and market, serves fresh-baked pastries, prepared salads and bowls and local favourites, such as Pumphouse Coffee.

Our breakfast-included package is our best value offering for the international traveller or family. Rates for this package (two adults and two children) start at $299 per night (price is inclusive of $35 daily destination fee). Rates will vary based on overall hotel availability and room type selected. Please note our peak season pricing during the months of November through April.
