In partnership with Premier partner, Visit Morocco, guests will sit down to enjoy a Moroccan-inspired three-course vegetarian menu.
STARTER
Barbecued greens served with herb jben cheese, fresh pear and grapes, finished with a coriander puree, chickpeas and pumpkin seed granola
MAIN
Vegetable and raisin couscous served with slow-roasted delica pumpkin, topped with pomegranate seeds, strained yoghurt and chermoula
Meat opt-in: roast guinea fowl breast with a spiced almond crust, served with slow cooked leg and pomegranate pastilla, braised carrot and spiced potato mille-feuille
DESSERT
Pistachio and rose ice cream in a caramelised puff pastry with a grilled peach compote
