The new-look Travel Industry Awards 2027
The Travel Industry Awards return for a seventh year in 2027, and this time, we're doing things a little differently...
For the first time, The Travel Industry Awards will incorporate the hugely loved TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies programme – coming together as one streamlined event providing the ultimate recognition for the trade.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
TRAVEL AGENTS:
Now integrated into the TIAs, TTG Top 50 celebrates retail and homeworking excellence across sales, customer service, innovation, and responsible travel.
New for 2027, each regional category expands to recognise two high street stores and two home-based agents, spotlighting even more exceptional talent across the UK & Ireland.

THE CATEGORIES:
REGIONAL HIGH STREET - London & South East | REGIONAL HOMEWORKERS - London & South East | NATIONWIDE - Large Homeworking Group
|
SUPPLIERS:
Firstly, all supplier categories are now FREE to enter! And for 2027, your submission will now comprise a short summary of up to five of your key achievements instead of an extensive submission form.
There also won’t be any video interviews or panel judging. Agents from TTG Top 50 community will use that information to help them rate finalists, and the company with the best overall average rating in their category will take home the award.
The new process is super simple…
Tell us up to 5 key achievements of your team during the judging period (1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026)
TTG’s senior editors will assess submissions to create the shortlist, revealed w/c 8th February 2027
Agents from TTG’s Top 50 community will then read entries to inform the rating they give that company (also bringing their own experience of the company to bear on their rating). We ask agents to only rate suppliers they have worked with in the past year.
Agent rating will then be aggregated for an overall score and winners in each category revealed at the Travel Industry Awards ceremony in Birmingham on 22 April!
