NCL said its Free at Sea programme would be the “next step in the evolution of our commitment to offer more freedom, flexibility and value, all while delivering a top-quality experience”.
Beginning on April 2, Free at Sea sees guests who choose a suite or higher category stateroom – including a Concierge Class cabin or a suite in The Haven – given access to the new programme.
It includes a beverage package, shore excursion credits, a speciality dining package, a Wi-Fi package and Norwegian’s Friends & Family option, which enables the third and fourth guests in a stateroom to sail at a reduced rate.
Those sailing in other stateroom categories can pay from £99pp to access two benefits, which the line claims are worth more than £700.
NCL launched Premium All-Inclusive in April 2017 for the UK and Irish market with the fare option including unlimited premium drinks, bottled water, service charges and gratuities.
Wi-Fi was also added to the package in early 2018.
Eamonn Ferrin, vice-president resident and managing director UK & Ireland, Israel, South Africa and the Middle East, said: “Free at Sea puts the power of choice in the hands of our guests, inviting them to individualise the way they holiday.”
