The debate is entitled Is regulation becoming obsolete? and is held in association with Feefo.

A panel of senior leaders, soon to be announced, will explore whether regulation is still needed, and what consumers now look for when booking a holiday.

They will examine issues such as: Do customers really understand what protection is?
- What type of trust signals do customers look for?
- And are customer reviews more important to them when booking a holiday?
