Casa Cook El Gouna has unveiled newly built suites alongside refurbishments across its accommodation, redesigned swimming pools and lounge spaces, an expanded gym and a renovated spa pool.
The hotel has also been included in the 2026 MICHELIN Key selection, placing it among just 13 MICHELIN Key hotels in Egypt.
Casa Cook El Gouna has introduced 29 Deluxe Swim-Up Junior Suites, each with direct access to a semi-private pool, bringing its total to 129 rooms and suites. Existing accommodation is being upgraded, with final refurbishments due for completion in 2027.
All suites and villas offer pool access, from shared pools to private pools in the Two-Bedroom Villas, with enhanced privacy and new poolside loungers.
Updated interiors combine natural materials, earthy tones and understated design. Bathrooms feature marble finishes, while every room has a dedicated workspace, digital door screen and “Do Not Disturb” doorbell. Healthy refreshments and an enhanced evening turndown ritual further elevate the stay.
Both entrance and beach club pools have been redesigned with new sunbeds and bean bags. The gym has nearly doubled in size, with new equipment, while spa facilities include a hammam, steam room, plunge pool and two saunas, alongside tailored treatments.
Locally inspired experiences include Hurghada city tours exploring fishing heritage, bazaars and regional cuisine, and desert excursions combining storytelling, sunset yoga and stargazing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary mixology classes and culinary workshops, or try kitesurfing from the hotel’s private beach.
Sustainability remains central to operations. The hotel has received Green Key Certification for the third consecutive year, holds Green Star status and partners with HEPCA on staff training and beach clean-ups.
Located on Egypt’s Red Sea, El Gouna offers 12 km of shoreline and year-round sunshine. The hotel is 30 minutes from Hurghada International Airport.
Wizz Air is set to launch weekly flights from London Gatwick in January 2027, followed by new regional UK flights with Jet2 in February 2027.
