The launch follows a 20% increase in trade sales in 2025 and directly addresses a long-standing challenge for travel agents: sharing villa content with clients without risking commission through independent bookings.
CV Villas’ new unbranded platform removes this friction, enabling agents to showcase the full villa portfolio without branding or direct contact calls-to-action. This ensures that the client relationship remains firmly between the agent and the customer at every stage.
Developed with input from over 250 travel agents, 99% confirmed that an unbranded website would be a valuable tool when quoting and inspiring clients. CV Villas is the first UK villa specialist to introduce an initiative of this kind, reinforcing its trade-first approach.
The platform supports clients from early inspiration through to shortlisting specific villas, while integrating seamlessly into agents’ workflows. Destination pages or villa listings can be shared via email or messaging platforms, giving agents flexibility in presenting options.
“Supporting our agent partners has always been central to how we operate,” said Chris Etheridge, Senior Business Development Manager at CV Villas. “This launch represents a significant investment in the trade and is a direct response to years of feedback. We wanted to give agents complete confidence when sharing our portfolio, knowing their client journey remains protected.”
The unbranded site features CV Villas’ hand-picked collection, including its luxury staffed villas, ABOVE by CV Villas, presented under a discreet alternative name. Designed as a professional sales tool, it operates entirely behind the scenes rather than as a consumer-facing site.
To maximise value, CV Villas will roll out training videos guiding agents on using the platform effectively when quoting and managing enquiries.
Phase Two, scheduled for mid-2026, will enable agents to display pricing and availability, providing greater control over how villas are presented, depending on the stage of the enquiry and client needs.
