Set to take place from 14-17 October, the conference will embrace the theme "Work / Rest / Play" – a philosophy that Inspire’s CEO Lisa Henning says perfectly encapsulates what will be a carefully curated agenda blending focused business sessions, engaging social activities and essential downtime for delegates to recharge and reconnect.
Henning said: “Recently we took our top 10 sales agents away with no hotel visits and no set agenda, just time to relax and connect. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. What stood out most was how valuable the informal time together was for sharing ideas. With that in mind, this year, we’re moving away from the traditional conference format and shifting our focus to how we can add real value to our team, building dedicated time into this conference to ensure those meaningful conversations can happen. We will have a day of business sessions, a day of rest and of course, time to play.
“We will deliver motivational content, discuss how we are elevating our offering for our Independent Travel Associates, and create meaningful opportunities to share insights and experiences. Our aim is to empower every delegate to drive forward both their business goals and personal ambitions.”
Inspire Europe hosts a conference for its rapidly growing team of Independent Travel Associates every year, and the 2025 event will build on the success of its last year’s gathering at Rueben’s Retreat, which not only provided valuable professional development for those who attended but also raised significant funds for the charity.
Reflecting on the team’s exceptional performance this year, Henning concluded: "Our team of homeworkers has delivered a phenomenal year so far, with the majority of them reaching new heights in terms of sales performance and revenue generation. This conference is our way of celebrating their achievements while providing them with the tools and inspiration to drive even greater success in the year ahead."
