Nezasa, a leading travel technology company announce a new client partnership with DMC Tour Partner Group
Tour Partner Group operates across the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, and the Baltics, supporting its growth with a strong global network of Tour Operators and Travel Agencies and an expert in-house reservations team. Backed by private equity, the company recently announced the acquisition of JacTravel, a leading UK-based DMC, strengthening its market position and accelerating its growth trajectory.
To enhance operations and extend market reach, Tour Partner Group has selected Nezasa’s TripBuilder platform. Initially implemented internally to optimise workflows and improve efficiencies, the platform will later power a B2B portal for third-party agents. By adopting Nezasa’s technology, the company aims to cut time-to-offer by 25% and boost productivity. Access to Nezasa’s peer-to-peer network will also provide a first-mover advantage, helping expand Tour Partner Group’s B2B2C channel.
“We are really excited to welcome Tour Partner Group as a customer at such an exciting time in their growth journey,” said Alex Farmer, Chief Revenue Officer at Nezasa. “TripBuilder’s capabilities will streamline their operations and unlock new growth opportunities, reinforcing their position as an industry leader.”
Paul Maine, CEO of Tour Partner Group, added: “We are delighted to be integrating Nezasa’s technology into our operations. This partnership aligns perfectly with our vision of innovation and expansion, providing us with the tools necessary to achieve our growth objectives and enhance our service offerings.”
The collaboration, secured through a three-year contract, marks a strategic step in Tour Partner Group’s digital transformation. With JacTravel now part of the portfolio and Nezasa’s tech in place, the company is well-positioned to scale effectively and efficiently.
