First introduced at their Conference in Bucharest this June, the TTNG Digital Assistant is a key part of the Group’s 2025/2026 strategy to provide smarter, more practical tools that meet the real needs of its Membership community.
Now live and accessible via their internal portal, The Hub, the assistant offers 24/7 support for a range of business functions – from researching travel itineraries and managing customer queries, to compliance, business development and completing operational tasks.
Designed with Member feedback at its core, the digital assistant provides relevant, secure, and easy-to-access guidance, tailored to each Membership type: Travel Trust Association, Worldchoice, Global Travel, Independent Travel Experts and Worldchoice Plus.
Gary Lewis, CEO of The Travel Network Group, commented: “Our Members are at the heart of everything we do. We know the challenges they face every day, and that’s why we have developed this tool with their real needs in mind. It’s not about big promises - it’s about making a practical difference to their businesses, and we hope this assistant becomes a valuable part of their toolkit.”
Unlike generic AI platforms, the TTNG Digital Assistant operates within a secure, closed environment and has been carefully customised to reflect the varied business models across the Group.
To help Members get the most from the tool, the Group’s senior management team is hosting four live demo sessions this week, offering a walkthrough of the assistant and the chance to ask questions.
