The Which? website cites the ultra-luxury river cruise line as “an excellent all-inclusive choice for your next river cruise if luxury and style are important to you.”
Which? is one of the UK’s most trusted consumer benchmarking organisations, using independent research, expert analysis and genuine customer feedback to guide consumers on the best brands and products on the market in a wealth of different categories.
In the river cruise category, a number of factors were taken into consideration, including customer service, on board facilities, food and drink, entertainment, cabins, excursions, value for money and overall customer satisfaction. Data from customer surveys is paired with Which?’s own careful scrutiny of issues and policies such as transparency on price and inclusions, and approach to surcharges.
Chris Townson, Managing Director for EMEA, said:
“Becoming a Which? Recommended Provider is a testament to the fact that at Uniworld, we deliver on our promise. The Which? assessment is highly trusted by consumers, thanks to its rigorous and independent methodology. We are therefore particularly proud to be recognised as the highest-rated Recommended Provider in the river cruise category.
“At Uniworld, every guest matters. As we enter a new era of Super Ships and product evolution, we look forward to welcoming even more guests to experience our highly personalised service and ultra-luxury onboard experience. It is this unwavering commitment to excellence, transparency and exceptional guest experiences that will continue to define Uniworld.”
The new Which? Recommended Provider recognition sits alongside Uniworld’s continued Feefo Platinum Trusted Service status, which it has held for more than four consecutive years. It is the highest level of recognition awarded by Feefo.
This year, Uniworld’s 50th, saw the launch of its first new build ship in five years, the Super Ship Emilie. A further seven new Super Ships have been announced for launch in 2027 and 2028, representing a new era in the brand’s evolution.
