The menu is being introduced across the fleet, with Resilient Lady the first to offer the new dishes in October, followed by Scarlet Lady later in the month, Brilliant Lady in November and Valiant Lady when she returns to Bimini in April 2027.
The Wake, Virgin Voyages' signature steakhouse, has introduced refreshed brunch and dinner menus developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie, who helped create the restaurant's original offering.

SJ Walker, UK Market Director at Virgin Voyages, said: “These latest additions give our travel agent partners even more to talk about with their Sailors.
"Whether it's the opportunity to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine during a day in Bimini or new menus developed with world-class chefs, there's plenty to inspire first-time Sailors and encourage those who've travelled with us before to book their next voyage.”
