We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received. In order to attend the relevant TTG event, participants must pay in full or have paid in full on their behalf the relevant registration fee immediately on booking or by the due date.

We accept payment by credit and debit card or invoice.
Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by the Sage Pay system. TTG Media does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Sage Pay is the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses. Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, IP address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

If an invoice is requested, payment will be required on the earlier of a) 30 days from the date of invoice and b) sixty days before the start of the event. In all cases, if payment is not received within these required time limits, TTG Media reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice. Please indicate your invoice number and last name as a reference on all bank transfers and communications.
All tickets are non-refundable. Substitutions can be requested by giving written notice to TTG and will be given wherever possible.
All tickets sold for TTG Media events are subject to these terms and conditions and to venue regulations. A breach of any of these conditions may render your ticket invalid.
All sales are final, and refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased (including duplicates or purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event or non-attendance due to illness or injury).

Where physical tickets such as TTG Travel Awards tickets are issued, they will be dispatched at least seven days prior to the event.
Tickets for certain other events hosted by TTG Media Limited will be emailed only, with customers invited to print off the ticket prior to your event.
Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the point of ordering.
