Rhinos, bears and sheep - check out our round up of agency mascots and tell us if you've got a contender for the list!

Everybody needs somebody, right? Well, the following travel agencies have certainly realised this and have employed the help of some special friends. From rhinos to bears, TTG has spoken to a selection of the UK’s most charming agency mascots to find out just what makes them tick.

Trevor the Traveller – Regent Travel

Trevor the Traveller – Regent Travel

Born: I was made in 2015 - I'm two-years-old now!

Travelled to: I journeyed to Disneyland in Florida to meet my friends who work there.

Worst habit: I've been known to eat all the chocolate in the office before anyone else has a chance to get their hands on it.

Favourite hobby: Trampolining!

Bucket list destination: New Zealand to meet the sheep who made me.

If you weren’t in travel: I would be a chocolate maker - I love chocolate.

Rhonda the Rhino - Haslemere Travel

Rhonda the Rhino - Haslemere Travel

Age: I'm as old as my tongue but a little bit older than my teeth.

Favourite hangout: I like to hang around mainly in Haslemere which is rather lovely, but I do long to travel back to my homeland of Africa.

Worst habit: I tend to blind everyone when the sun shines on my sparkles, which is particularly off-putting when trying to talk to clients.

Favourite hobbies: Disco dancing. Some liken my sparkles to those of a glitter ball.

Bucket list destinations: Anywhere I can find fellow animals; I quite fancy meeting a polar bear, but I'm not sure I'd like the cold.

If you weren’t in travel: I would work in charity, probably an endangered animal charity and help to raise funds to save beautiful creatures who face extinction, like some of my fellow rhino pals.

Barry the Beaver - Beaver Travel

Barry the Beaver - Beaver Travel

Age: I'm the youngest member of the Beaver Travel team - I was only born in 2010.

Best trips: I loved going on safari in South Africa, visiting the Skeleton Coast of Namibia, seeing Sri Lanka and travelling on the bullet train in Japan too. I have also visited Disneyland, went to Los Angeles, explored Sydney and flew in a hot air balloon over Hunter Valley. Furthermore, I've been skiing in lots of European resorts and have had a wonderful time playing with the children on the Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca.

Worst trips: Although I enjoyed both my visits to South Africa, I did have a couple of bad experiences. One time I was left in the minibus after a safari and the driver was woken in the middle of the night by a terrified cleaner who had heard an animal making a noise in the back of the minibus - this was at a time when I had a squeaker in my tummy. The cleaner had bumped into me with a broom.

The next time I was accidentally left in Cape Town. Thankfully the hotel sent me to the South Africa Tourism Board back in London and I was eventually returned home to Beaver Travel six months later.

Most annoying habit: I take up too much space in the suitcase - I like to be comfortable.

Favourite hobbies: I love going to the Cubs since I'm too old for the Beavers. I also enjoy woodwork and cabinet making.

Bucket list destinations: Travelling to Beaver Creek in Colorado and Beaver Island in Michigan would be a dream come true.

If you weren't in travel: I think I'd be rather good as a tree surgeon or a forester.

Woolly Jumbo - C the World

Woolly Jumbo - C the World

How old: I’m only 18 months old, fresh-faced and new to travel.

Best trip: Baaahamas- yes I’m a bit of a comedian.

Worst habit: I never get a round of drinks in, I’m quite the sheepskate.

Favourite hobbies: Listening to Ed Shearan.

Bucket list destination: A California self-drive with a stop at Santa Baarbara.

If you weren’t in travel: Barber. Or baaber if you'd prefer.

Grom Voyage - C the World

Grom Voyage - C the World

How old are they: Three years old.

Best trip: Pawto or Pupua New Guinea - like my friend Woolly Jumbo I'm a bit of a joker.

Worst habit: Taking ages to housetrain.

Favourite hobbies: A nice sit down and coffee in Starbarks.

Bucket list destinations: Singapaw.

If you weren’t in travel: I love taking photos so has to be puparazzi.

Deben Bear - Deben Travel

Deben Bear - Deben Travel

How old: I am five. I’ve been with Deben since the store opened in 2010.

Best trip: I have been on some properly good trips like the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix where I got a picture taken with Lewis Hamilton. I also got to go to a client’s wedding in Italy!

Worst habit: It would have to be the late nights. Sometimes I get mixed up with the wrong crowd and can often be found perched on top of cocktail glasses.

Favourite hobbies: I do love my skiing. I have actually been on a couple of skiing trips in the past.

Bucket list destinations: Going to Australia would be amazing. I really want to have my picture taken with a koala bear. I’m also going on a honeymoon with a couple on the Orient Express which will be fab.

If you weren’t in travel: I’m a bit of a foodie so I would have to say the food and drinks industry.
