• Business model: Our agreement offers those with Travel Industry experience selling holidays, the opportunity to have their own travel business, with round the clock expert support seven days a week. Branding ideally would be The Holiday Village however we tailor set up individually depending on expertise and plans for their future business. Data would be owned by TVG, however we commit NOT to target their customers should they leave, with the exception of supporting guests who have confirmed bookings yet to travel.
• Costs: There is an initial set up fee of £150 which we refund on completion of your third booking. No monthly fees, except £5 per month for a business line and we pay for your business calls. Plus a small contribution towards credit card transactions.
• Commission structure: 65% commission and should you choose to leave the business ALL your commission is paid to you once your last passenger has departed (less any cancellations).
• Licenses and memberships: ABTA & ATOL protected working with over 300 Tour Operators with no directional selling. In addition our Product Team also designs bespoke packages with exceptional margins.
• Training and support: Training is fully bespoke, tailored to each new starter to ensure they are equipped with everything they need—essentially providing a complete toolkit for trading. Support includes ongoing one-to-one training throughout the induction period and beyond. Marketing: Social media, creative assets, email marketing, and weekly one-to-one calls. Business Development: Dedicated support to help attract new customers and drive business growth.
• Sustainability & DEI: Our steering group “Doing Travel Better” helps our network of Business Owners understand without the jargon how they can support, communicate and encourage a better way to travel for their clients. We keep this simple from “Tips when Travelling” that can be sent to customers, supporting local charities to animal welfare. We still have over 50 new ideas to implement and meet every four weeks to work through tasks, implement and communicate.
• Technology: We currently work with TARSC and TProfile across their Sales & CRM platforms. We also work with google meaning you can run your business from most locations, all you need is WIFI.
