Travelport will expand its Trip Assist app to three travel agencies in the UK, Middle East and Singapore.
The agreement will provide UK-based Omega Travel Limited, United Arab Emirates-based Cozmo Travel and Pegasus Travel Management in Singapore, a branded mobile solution that enables them to support, engage and connect with their clients at multiple stages of the journey.
Features include itinerary management capabilities, travel assistance, real-time trip alerts and click-to-call agent support.
