From 2nd October, this special onsite collaboration will better allow guests to celebrate the great outdoors and engage in the estate’s bucolic surroundings. With boots available for use while on the estate, the partnership will allow guests of all ages to step into nature, exploring vast forests and winding pathways, pausing to encounter the estate’s rare Limousin cattle and local wildlife along the way.

The chateau's boot room will be stocked with Le Chameau’s signature wellington boots, allowing guests to explore the estate and surrounding landscape whatever the weather. Guests staying in one of the domaine’s charming farmhouse cottages will find boots waiting upon arrival, while those booking an estate experience – led by the resident gamekeeper – will receive boots delivered to their room in advance. A curated selection of Le Chameau boots will also be available at an exclusive rate in the estate’s boutique.

In true Auberge Collection style, the partnership is brought to life through a thoughtfully curated experience. Beginning at Le Moulin, Domaine des Etangs’ award-winning spa set within a centuries-old mill, will be Sacred Roots – a signature collaboration created exclusively with Le Chameau that celebrates the connection between nature, terroir, and wellbeing.

Steeped in history and surrounded by natural wilds, Domaine des Etangs, part of Auberge Collection’s award-winning European portfolio, comprises eleven rooms and suites within the Château and The Longère, alongside six independent one-to-five-bedroom Farmhouse Cottages.
