Ocean Beds has expanded its international distribution network through new connections with Travelgate and Info Tera, building on its Intuitive integration earlier this year. The three integrations extend Ocean Beds’ reach across global markets, connecting it to Travelgate’s network of 1,000+ buyers and sellers and opening a gateway into Latin America, including Brazil, through Info Tera.
Ocean Beds is a villa-first, tech-enabled wholesale accommodation platform connecting tour operators, online travel agents (OTAs), bed banks, wholesalers and B2B distributors with accommodation. Its API provides access to more than 3,500 villas and vacation homes through a single connection, alongside a wider portfolio of over 9,000 accommodation options.
The expansion addresses fragmentation in the villa market, where inventory is often spread across thousands of management companies and systems. Through Travelgate, Ocean Beds uses FastX to standardise content and reduce mapping complexity, helping buyers access inventory more efficiently. Some businesses have gone from requesting a connection to going live in as little as one week.
To support growth in Latin America and Brazil, Ocean Beds is introducing Portuguese and Spanish language capabilities from October 2026, with further languages planned. The commercial impact is already being seen, with some partners reporting year-on-year booking growth of up to 150% since connecting to Ocean Beds’ API.
Anna-Maria Janssen, Group Product & Commercial Director and Managing Director of Ocean Beds, said: “Villa demand is growing, but distribution remains fragmented. These new connections make it easier for travel businesses to access and sell professionally managed villas through systems they already use. This isn’t technology for technology’s sake. It’s about removing barriers, opening up a growing accommodation category and giving our partners greater opportunity to grow their sales.”
The expansion comes amid growth in the short-term rental market.
