Naturhotel Lusnerhof, the award-winning nature and wellness retreat in South Tyrol's Dolomites, has unveiled three new hosted retreats designed to tap into growing demand for immersive wellbeing travel. Taking place across September to November 2026, each retreat combines expert-led practices with the hotel's "naturellness" philosophy, extensive spa facilities and alpine setting.
Studio Y3 Retreat, 9–13 September 2026
Hosted by Zurich-based Studio Y3, this five-day retreat focuses on yoga, breath work and mindful movement, giving guests the opportunity to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with themselves through guided practice, nourishing cuisine and restorative spa experiences.
The Mountain Reset – An Indian Summer, 11–17 October 2026
Led by Debby Reuter and Annika Just, this six-night retreat blends yoga, Pilates, mobility, strength training and guided hikes with generous time for rest and recovery, encouraging guests to establish sustainable wellness habits in the heart of the Dolomites.
Rejuvenation Retreat, 1–5 November 2026
Hosted by Nam Satya Kaur Khalsa, this immersive retreat uses Kundalini yoga, meditation, chanting and mindful rituals alongside the restorative atmosphere of the mountains to support deep physical, mental and emotional renewal.
