Hermitage Hotel & Resort – Starhotels Collezione has unveiled its summer 2026 programme, introducing a series of food, sport and family experiences at its Forte dei Marmi property.
Set within one and a half hectares of private gardens, the 59-room resort is strengthening its seasonal offering with weekly events, sporting initiatives and activities designed for both couples and families.
New Garden Aperitivo:
Running every Thursday until early September, L'Ora dell'Orto is a new evening aperitivo hosted in the hotel's organic kitchen garden. From 7.00pm to 10:.30pm, the event combines signature cocktails, pinzimonio, BBQ show cooking and DJ sets, alongside rotating displays showcasing local Tuscan artisans.
Starhotels Tennis Tournament Returns:
Hermitage will also support the 7th Starhotels Tennis Tournament, taking place at Tennis Club Europa from 28–30 August. Open to non-members as well as club players, the tournament features men's and women's doubles and concludes with an awards ceremony.
The programme complements Hermitage's wider summer offering. Cabana Beach, the hotel's poolside beach concept, features Forte dei Marmi-style cabanas surrounded by tropical planting, while guests can reach the nearby coast by bicycle or the hotel's private electric shuttle.
Food and beverage remains a key focus, with Orto all'Hermitage Restaurant offering seasonal Tuscan and Versilian cuisine. The property's organic garden supports its farm-to-table approach and also hosts tastings, aperitifs and guest experiences.
Hermitage is also expanding its positioning as a family resort, with a dedicated children's area separated from the main relaxation spaces. A weekly programme includes Lego Lab, Circus Lab, treasure hunts, sports and creative activities.
The resort's 59 rooms and suites, many with private terraces or verandas, are designed to accommodate both short breaks and longer summer stays.
