Wynn Al Marjan Island, Wynn Resorts’ first beachfront destination and the UAE’s first integrated resort, today reveals its completed 550-metre beachfront, sheltered lagoon and 319-metre offshore reef, offering a first look at the waterfront experience coming to Ras Al Khaimah in 2027.
Stretching more than half a kilometre along the Arabian Gulf, the shoreline is a defining feature of the resort, with white sand, calm azure waters and three distinct environments: Resort Beach, Adult Beach and Enclave Beach, each designed with its own character and atmosphere.
The sheltered lagoon offers calm, clear waters for swimming and snorkelling, alongside paddleboarding, kayaking and floating cabanas. Submerged rock formations frame the shoreline, while 64 stylish cabanas will range from intimate shaded retreats to three VIP bungalows, each with a private plunge pool and butler service.
Just offshore, a network of engineered reef units has been installed to encourage the growth of a thriving marine habitat, with coral and marine life already beginning to take hold and osprey nesting nearby. The surrounding waters are home to a rich variety of marine life, with 21 diving sites off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, including natural reefs and shipwrecks.
“Our ambition was to create a shoreline where guests can escape – somewhere they can swim in calm, clear water and enjoy the beachfront in complete privacy,” said Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
Set to open in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a state-of-the-art theatre, five-star spa, designer boutiques, expansive poolscapes, an entertaining beach club and private beach, all set against the Arabian Gulf and less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.
