THE MENU
As we did in 2024, we will be serving an all-vegetarian menu to help us reduce the carbon footprint of our event. Guests can opt into a meat based main if they prefer – to do so, simply log in to your booking and amend the ’guest details’. Please note, this must be done by Monday 10 February.
Starter: Courgette Flower
Filled with creamy ricotta and served alongside agnolotti pasta, complemented by a San Marzano tomato reduction and a velvety Old Winchester cheese velouté.
Main course: Celeriac & Wild Mushroom Pithivier
A golden, flaky pastry filled with earthy wild mushrooms and tender celeriac, enhanced by the aroma of truffle and a unique Granny Smith apple sauce.
Optional meat main (pre-order required): Creedy Carver Duck Breast
Succulent duck breast paired with a modern take on Bubble & Squeak, finished with a lavender mustard emulsion and vibrant red chard.
Dessert:
An indulgent selection of handcrafted dessert canapés, served in the Lawrence Foyer.
