Black Book set to become the UK’s premier luxury travel trade gathering, with global roster of exhibitors
Black Book has added more than 40 luxury travel brands, experiences and destinations to the line-up since its initial exhibitor announcement, further cementing its position as one of the UK’s most significant new luxury travel trade gatherings for 2026.
Travel advisors attending Black Book will be able to meet and network with more than 100 exhibitors spanning luxury cruise, hotels, destinations, airlines, DMCs, rail experiences, tour operators and specialist travel providers and more, creating an in-depth new opportunity to build relationships across the luxury sector.
The latest additions to the show, which takes place on 21 and 22 October at the Business Design Centre in London, include Ireland’s Blue Book, Velas Resorts, ANA All Nippon Airways, The Alpina Gstaad, The Chedi Andermatt, and Oman Ministry of Heritage & Tourism.
Oman joins a range of destination representatives who will take advisors on a fascinating journey around the world, with partners including Brand USA, Tourism Australia, Visit Portugal, Aruba Tourism Authority, Cayman Islands, Turismo de Gran Canaria, British Virgin Islands, Miami Tourism, Catalonia – Catalan Tourist Board, Nassau Paradise Island The Bahamas, and The Palm Beaches, a collection of 39 vibrant coastal towns in Florida.
A host of further specialist luxury suppliers are also now joining the event’s dedicated XO Private area, such as Beauty of Japan, Golden Experiences & Travel, and Fine Representation.
The XO Private area of Black Book features a global array of luxury experiences and brands, including Alta Badia – Dolomites; Ayu in the Wild; Beauty of Japan; Ca’ Apollonio Heritage; Claudia Da Rin Collection Hotels & Yachts; Collezione EM; Enigma Peru; Fine Representation; Forte de Gaia, Autograph Collection; Galaxy Cruises; Golden Experiences & Travel; Happy Tour & Travel; Homanie Luxury Rentals; Intour Maldives; Lanserhof Hotels; The Retreat at the Blue Lagoon; and Villa Delight.
Premier Partners of Black Book now include Winged Boots and Explora Journeys, with Turkish Airlines completing the last of a trio of companies set to headline the event, and elevate their relationships with travel advisors from across the UK & Ireland.
Advisors will now be able to learn about a host of luxury experiences closer to home too, with a major presence at Black Book driven by Tourism Ireland. The tourism office will spearhead bringing some of the country’s finest hotels and experiences, including Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort; Galgorm Collection; Gilford Castle Estate; Ireland’s Blue Book; MHL Hotel Collection; Midleton Distillery Experience; The Merchant Hotel; The Shelbourne; and Westport Estate.
Meanwhile, joining the dedicated Switzerland area already showcasing some of the country’s best hotels and experiences will be The Alpina Gstaad, The Chedi Andermatt and The Living Circle, in addition to those previously announced.

Covering the world
The event’s exhibitor roster now spans every corner of the luxury travel sector. Advisors will be able to meet leading tour operators including Abercrombie & Kent, Carrier, Captains Choice, ITC Luxury Travel, Pure Luxury, Inside Travel Group, G Adventures, and Unforgettable Travel Company, alongside specialist DMCs and destination experts from around the globe.
Cruise will be strongly represented, with luxury and expedition brands including Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Ponant Explorations, Aqua Expeditions, AMA Waterways, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, Quark Expeditions, Virgin Voyages, MSC Yacht Club and VIVA Boutique all confirmed, in addition to Premier Partner Explora Journeys.
In the hotel space, a curated collection of luxury properties and brands – including COMO Hotels and Resorts, Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Botanico, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Lujo Art & Joy Bodrum, Sunlife Resorts, Talking Stick and Zafiro Hotels – will showcase distinctive stays for high-value clients.
Other exciting exhibitors for advisors to build relationships with include Black Lane, Parques de Sintra, Rovos Rail Tours and Rolzo.
