The application process
Events such as this thrive when the right kinds of agents and suppliers come together to create and nurture long-lasting relationships that benefit everyone – most importantly, your shared clients. With this in mind, Black Book will be focused on hand-selecting agents to attend based on some key business criteria which must be met.
There are places for just 150 luxury travel advisors from across the UK & Ireland, so only the most relevant, engaged and inspiring will be selected. Drawing on 20 years of luxury travel experience, TTG Media's head of luxury and our internal committee will select the advisors to take part via this process.
What happens next
First, you will need to share a detailed business profile and will be vetted based on information provided in order to ensure meaningful meetings for all. Following your online application being submitted, which will include two references, you will be notified within 14 working days whether you have been successful.
You will then become part of the Black Book community and over the coming months, you will receive inspiring luxury content, details of selected exhibitors, stories about your fellow attending advisors and details of conference sessions.
From July 2026, you'll be enrolled onto the sophisticated Black Book meeting scheduling platform, whereby you can start to create your personalised two-day schedule by selecting the partners you wish to meet with and the content sessions you would prefer to attend.
Attending advisors will be luxuriously hosted at hotels across London for a minimum of one night (21 October), ensuring ease of access for your two days at Black Book. Further information coming soon!
