When and where is Black Book?
Black Book takes place on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 October 2026 at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH.
What time should I arrive?
Registration and networking breakfast start at 08:30 on both days. We recommend arriving early enough to collect your badge before conference sessions begin at 09:30.
Where do I collect my badge?
Head to the Black Book registration area when you arrive. Keep your badge with you throughout the event.
Where can I find my meeting schedule?
Your personalised one-to-one meeting schedule is available in Swapcard. Check your schedule and meeting locations before arriving, and keep it handy on your phone.
Can I change my meetings?
For questions or issues relating to your appointments, email blackbook@ttgmedia.com. Any changes are subject to availability.
Can I attend the morning conference sessions?
The conference programme is part of the Black Book experience, with sessions running across three stages each morning. As sessions run simultaneously, check the programme before deciding which to attend.
Is food included?
Networking breakfast, lunch and scheduled refreshment breaks are included during both event days. If you have dietary requirements, please contact the team.
What should I wear?
Smart business attire is recommended for Black Book. The Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies Awards on Wednesday evening is also business attire code.
Where do I find my accommodation details?
If accommodation has been arranged for you, refer to your hotel or event confirmation for the property, check-in time and any specific booking instructions.
Where is the Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies Awards ceremony?
The awards are at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, Piccadilly, on Wednesday 21 October from 19:00–23:30. This is separate from Black Book and a valid awards ticket is required.
Is there parking at the venue?
Paid parking is available at the Business Design Centre, subject to availability. Use N1 0PW for sat nav. We recommend pre-booking where possible.
Is the venue accessible?
The Business Design Centre offers accessible facilities. If you have particular needs or would like assistance, contact the Black Book team before travelling.
How can I get help during the event?
Look out for the Black Book WhatsApp concierge details in your pre-event communications, or speak to one of the onsite team members by visiting the Help Desk or Black Book both.
