Black Book is an exciting new event for the luxury travel community, designed to inspire businesses, help forge relationships and maximise attendee time.
Rooted in independent industry research and powered by TTG Media, Black Book is the UK’s first large-scale luxury travel-focused trade show, bringing together hundreds of advisors and exhibitors.
Taking place 21-22 October 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London, travel advisors will be carefully vetted and generously hosted for this two-day event, set to be unique in the market.

The venue
The Business Design Centre is an iconic venue, located in the heart of London and puts sustainability at the forefront of its operations as a B-Corp certified business. Recently it celebrated ten years as a carbon neutral venue, making it the perfect choice for Black Book.
The venue is fully accessible and is easily reached via bus, London Underground and Overground and is only a short walk from National Rail stations at Kings Cross and St Pancras International.
